How To Order

1. If you are our existing customer, you can login your account by clicking at the LOGIN link at the top right of the page. Or you can login from here.

 

 

 

2. At the main menu, choose the category that you wish to buy. 

 

 

 

3. Then select an approriate product by clicking the ADD TO CART button. 

 

 

 

4. You will see this popup. If you want to continue shopping, close the popup. If you have finished shopping, you can click the CHECKOUT button. 

 

 

 

5. If you missed the popup, you can view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart image at the right top of the page. Click VIEW CART or CHECKOUT to proceed with payment.

 

 

 

6. Image shown below is your shopping cart example page. It shows your chosen item, price, quantity and the total price. You can CONTINUE SHOPPING or proceed to CHECKOUT

 

 

 

7. After you click CHECKOUT you will see these form. If you are a new customer, you need to fill in this form for billing & delivery purpose.

 

 

 

8. If you are a returning customer, kindly log in your account by entering your email address and password. Once you have logged in, the website system will recognize you and will display your billing and shipping address.

 

 

 

9. You can choose the existing delivery address or use new address. The address is important because we will use it to deliver your items.

 

 

 

10. The shipping method that we use is SKYNET. The shipping rate shown is based on total weight of products added to the cart and also based on the Delivery Address. Choose the first payment method if you want to pay using ONLINE BANKING, CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD.

 

 

 

11. If you have any discount coupon, you can enter the coupon code and click the APPLY COUPON button. Tick agreement of our privacy policy and Terms & Conditions and finally click the PLACE ORDER button.

 

 

 

12. If you choose payment via Credit Card or Debit Card, you will see SenangPay Payment page like below. Key in your details and fill in your Credit/Debit Card info to make payment.

 

 

 

13.  If you choose to pay using Online Banking, you will see this page.. Choose preferred bank and click the PAY button to continue with payment.

 

 

 

14. If you choose Maybank2u for example, you will be redirected to this login page. Login your online banking account to make payment.

 

 

 

 

 

15. You will be directed back to www.dewipetshop.com.my success page and you are done. If the page shows "Your order has been processed", it means your transaction is successful. We will confirm on the payment and proceed to deliver your items in 2-3 working days time. If you have successfully make payment but did not receive any email from order@dewipetshop.com.my, kindly contact us for assistance.
